Chef Mike Kurotobi was destined for the restaurant industry. Growing up in Peru his mother owned two restaurants and four corporate dining accounts. It was only time before Kurotobi headed to the acclaimed Culinary School of Kendall College in Evanston, Illinois cementing his love for the kitchen.
Chicago proved to be a great culinary home for Kurotobi, where he worked in the kitchen for Wild Asparagus, Ambria and Bob Chinn’s.
