EXECUTIVE CHEF
Todd Mark Miller brings more than 15 years of prolific industry experience to hisposition as Executive Chef of Michael Jordan's Steak House at Mohegan Sun. The Utah native got his start at the Deer Valley Ski Resort after realizing his passion for food while still in college, and in 1997, he moved to Las Vegas determined to make a career in the restaurant industry. Miller joined the opening team of Jean Georges Vongerichten's Prime at the Bellagio Hotel as Executive Sous Chef. Soon after, Miller joined the team at the Four Seasons Mandalay Bay where he helped the hotel gaina coveted Five Diamond rating. The luxury hotel group then tapped Miller for executive posts at the Four Seasons properties in the Maldives and Singapore, where he implemented western style techniques and food, trained staff and ran operations for a multitude of outlets.
After enjoying a few years abroad, Miller returned to Utah to take on the position of Executive Chef at Salt Lake City's Fresco and Café Trio, which both earned several accolades under his direction. Following the success in his home state, Miller joined Starr Restaurant Organization in Philadelphia where he spearheaded the group's first steak house concept as Executive Chef of Barclay Prime. In 2006, Miller joined The One Group as Corporate Chef for four years where he was responsible for all culinary operations for STK, The Collective, Gansevoort Hotels and all casino operations. In 2011, Miller found himself returning to Las Vegas, developing menus and opening a brand new boutique steakhouse concept from actress Eva Longoria called She.
